How to prepare for your cleaning visit

A few simple preparations help us spend the reserved time on the cleaning you want most.

Make surfaces accessible. Put away clothing, toys, and loose papers in the areas we’ll be cleaning. You don’t need to clean before we arrive; clearing clutter gives us access to surfaces and floors.

Share your priorities. Let us know which rooms or details matter most. Tell us about delicate finishes, fragile belongings, product sensitivities, or areas that need special handling before the visit.

Plan access and pets. Confirm how we’ll enter and arrange a comfortable place for pets. Keep valuable or sentimental items safely put away.

Agree on extras in advance. Appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, and window glass need a specific agreement. Share special requests at least 48 hours ahead whenever possible so we can discuss the time and quote.

Keep in touch. If your needs change, contact us before the appointment. We’ll work together on a realistic plan for the time reserved.

Recurring cleaning or a deep clean?

The right starting point depends on your home’s condition, your priorities, and the work you need.

Recurring cleaning supports everyday upkeep. Our weekly, every-two-week, and every-four-week visits focus on the agreed essentials: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Planned detail work can rotate between visits.

A deep clean makes room for extra attention. When a home has accumulated buildup or needs an initial reset, we discuss a more detailed scope. This may include baseboards, trim, cabinet fronts, and reachable fans or vents.

Frequency is only one part of the plan. The size and condition of your home, pets, belongings, and chosen tasks all affect the time needed. A service name alone doesn’t define every task included.

Start with a conversation. Our consultation is free. We’ll review your needs and confirm the scope, estimated visit length, and individual price before scheduling. Larger projects may be arranged over more than one visit.
