Our goal is to make your home easier to maintain. Recurring visits combine essential cleaning with planned rotating detail work, so the initial deep clean has lasting value. We agree on a realistic scope for each visit and discuss adjustments before adding work or charges.
We use environmentally preferable cleaning products and discuss allergies, sensitivities, delicate finishes, and product preferences before service. Please flag fragile belongings or areas needing special handling.

How much does a cleaning cost?

How do I book an appointment?
Start by requesting a quote or contacting us. We’ll discuss your home, agree on the scope and price, and confirm a date together. We enter confirmed appointments into Picktime for scheduling and reminders. Your free consultation is scheduled by arrangement.
Do I need a deep clean first?
A deep clean may be helpful before recurring visits, especially when there is buildup or the space hasn't been professionally cleaned recently. We'll discuss what makes sense for your home.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Siler City area. Share your town or ZIP code so we can confirm whether your property fits our current service route.
Can you work around special surfaces or belongings?
Please tell us about delicate finishes, valuable items, pets, and product sensitivities before the visit so we can agree on an appropriate approach.
Does every visit include every detailed task?
Recurring visits cover the agreed core cleaning, with detailed tasks rotated according to your home’s needs and reserved appointment time. We may recommend whole-home care or alternating selected areas. Interior appliances, cabinets, and window glass require advance arrangements and may change the estimate.
How should I prepare for a visit?
Clear clothing, toys, and papers from the areas to be cleaned. Secure valuables and fragile keepsakes, arrange a comfortable space for pets, and share entry instructions. Send special requests at least 48 hours ahead whenever possible. We clean safely reachable areas and do not move very heavy furniture.
What if an included area needs more attention?
Contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning with a description and photos when helpful. Under our service guarantee, we’ll return to address the specific issue at no additional charge. Completed services are covered by a re-clean remedy; we do not issue cash refunds.
What are the scheduling and payment policies?
We confirm the scheduled time at least 24 hours ahead, with a 30-minute arrival window and a 15-minute buffer for unforeseen delays. Cancel or reschedule by calling 910-773-6981 at least 24 hours before your appointment; later changes incur a 50% cancellation fee. We accept credit or debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and Cash App. The full terms are provided before booking.
